Telerus Voice Platform (TVP™)
The Telerus Voice Platform (TVP™) integrates best of breed components from companies like Microsoft, Nuance, and Sun Microsystems. The architecture is based largely on open standards such as Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), and Voice Extensible Markup Language (VXML) 2.0. The result is a highly scalable, configurable, and cost-effective platform that consistently outperforms the industry.
The TVP™ includes a data “import” component that simplifies data provision and minimizes requests of organizations’ technical staffs. Years of design and development went into this component and it is regarded as the most sophisticated of its kind. The end result, however, is very simple: it can receive almost any type of data file. Basically, if queries can be performed and the results exported in an editable format or report, the TVP™ can receive and utilize the data contained. The TVP™ does not contain “write-to” specifications because they are unnecessary and comparably primitive.
