The Telerus Data Center is a Tier III facility that provides a secure and reliable hosting environment for the TVP™ server clusters. Reliability is ensured by numerous redundancies, including Internet service with a 100% uptime guarantee.

Space

- 24 hour on-site staffed NOC.
- Magnetic access cards with picture IDs, pin codes, digital motion activated security cameras and intercoms.

- Backed by dual-action, pre-action dry pipe system.

Power
- Dual 375 KVA UPS Systems.1250 KW generator.
- ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch).
- Multiple Power Delivery Units (PDU).
Environmental Design
- Ten (10) 26 ton AC units keep environment at constant temperature and humidity.Anti-static raised flooring with designated power runs and cooled air delivery.
- Fully cabled for 90% of all applications.
Network Operations Center
- Dual, Mirrored Denver NOCs.Staffed 24 x 7.
- Monitors both local and regional networks including POPs, telecom facilities, routers, servers, and applications.
- Remote Hands capabilities on-site including problem notification and resolution.
