Managed Voice Services

Automate Routine Phone Calls without Lifting a Finger

Configuration: "That's it?"

Telerus Managed Voice Services start with quick and easy implementations that don’t drain client staffing resources. After all, voice services should free personnel for other tasks, not consume them with new tasks.

Putting TVP™ to work with a new application or “instance” involves three primary steps:

Feature Selection

A wide range of features are already designed and in production for other organizations, which provides a base of salient possibilities from which to choose. Custom feature requests are usually accommodated as well.

Data Export

Rather than publish convoluted “write-to” specs, Telerus seeks to work with what is already in place. The TVP™ contains one of the most sophisticated data importers ever conceived. The design is complex, but the result is easy to understand and very beneficial: it can receive data in almost any format imaginable. In fact, a format has yet to be provided that the TVP™ couldn’t handle.

Scripting

Most of the required scripts are already in place or can be borrowed from the vast TVP™ user community… we just need the personal touch of your organization for greetings and other custom messages.

Turn-ups start with a sprint because we have completed these steps time and time again for the numerous organizations that comprise the TVP™ user community. Further, the entire TVP™ is configurable, so most requests are fulfilled through drop down menus, rather than authoring new lines of unproven code.
