The AIS™ call flow design and business logic options are the result of actual facility policies and real world issues spanning millions of inmate cases. Lengthy discoveries and custom design are unnecessary because the AIS™ platform is tested, refined, and already contains logic to address almost any type recurring request for information. - Inmate Name Recognition including Date of Birth Fallback and Alias Matching.
- Charges including Statue and/or JMS Entry Literal Description.
- Bond Amounts and Types including Support for Multiple Charges with or without Bonds.
